Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).

The object indicates the current operation. A set to the object triggers the operation to be performed. If an operation is in progress a set operation to this object causes a generic error. format-card formats the card in the given socket. tftp-upload describes the upload of a file from a TFTP host to the system. load-config reads the file described in flashOperationSrcFileName into the system. save-config sends the config to the TFTP host.
