Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.
The tree-like SNMP object navigator requires no explanations because it is very simple to use. And if you stumbled on this MIB from Google note that you can always go back to the home page if you need to perform another MIB or OID lookup.

Object Name OID Type Access Info
 alphaAlarmNotifications 1.3.6.1.4.1.7309.100
This MIB defines the notification block(s) available in system controllers.
         alphaAlarmActiveState 1.3.6.1.4.1.7309.100.1
SNMPv2 notification varbinds start with SysUptime and Notification Oid as the first two in the list by default. The first varbind in this definition would be the third varbind in the raw output of the notification. An instance of the alarm indicated by alarmActiveModelPointer has been raised against the entity indicated by alarmActiveResourceId. The state of the alarm is indicated by the alarmModelState. The description of the alarm along with its source is indicated by the alarmModelDescription and componentListStaticName respectively. componentListSnmpId provides the Id set to the source of the alarm. The agent must throttle the generation of consecutive alarmActiveState traps so that there is at least a two-second gap between traps of this type against the same alarmActiveModelPointer and alarmActiveResourceId. When traps are throttled, they are queued for sending at a future time. A management application should periodically check the value of alarmActiveLastChanged to detect any missed alarmActiveState notification-events, e.g., due to throttling or transmission loss.
         alphaAlarmClearState 1.3.6.1.4.1.7309.100.2
SNMPv2 notification varbinds start with SysUptime and Notification Oid as the first two in the list by default. The first varbind in this definition would be the third varbind in the raw output of the notification. An instance of the alarm indicated by alarmActiveModelPointer has been cleared against the entity indicated by alarmActiveResourceId. The state of the alarm is indicated by the alarmModelState. The description of the alarm along with its source is indicated by the alarmModelDescription and componentListStaticName respectively. componentListSnmpId provides the Id set to the source of the alarm. The agent must throttle the generation of consecutive alarmActiveClear traps so that there is at least a two-second gap between traps of this type against the same alarmActiveModelPointer and alarmActiveResourceId. When traps are throttled, they are queued for sending at a future time. A management application should periodically check the value of alarmActiveLastChanged to detect any missed alarmClearState notification-events, e.g., due to throttling or transmission loss.
