Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.

Indicates the hold-down time (in seconds) for this logical port. This value is used to help smooth out possible flapping between XCVRs of the bank when a link goes down. When this HoldDown timer expires, the selected XCVR(in link-down state) may attempt to select the adjacent XCVR of the bank.

Indicates if the Xcvr specified by the wwpXcvrPortId and wwpXcvrId is faulted because of checksum failed or optical fault. This object only make sense if some xcvr has been detected faulted otherwise it returns none. Enumeration: 'none': 0, 'opticalFault': 2, 'chksumFailed': 1.
