Download standard MIB format if you are planning to load a MIB file into some system (OS, Zabbix, PRTG ...) or view it with a MIB browser. CSV is more suitable for analyzing and viewing OID' and other MIB objects in excel. JSON and YAML formats are usually used in programing even though some systems can use MIB in YAML format (like Logstash).
Keep in mind that standard MIB files can be successfully loaded by systems and programs only if all the required MIB's from the "Imports" section are already loaded.
The tree-like SNMP object navigator requires no explanations because it is very simple to use. And if you stumbled on this MIB from Google note that you can always go back to the home page if you need to perform another MIB or OID lookup.

Object Name OID Type Access Info
 ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryTable no-access
The IBMPSG_PhysicalMemory class represents an IBM managed Memory Array.
     ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryEntry no-access
This class defines an entry for each IBMPSG_PhysicalMemory instance. Each instance of the IBMPSG_PhysicalMemory class contains status and descriptive information for each memory bank recognized by the operating system.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryKeyIndex string read-only
The index used by this table.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryIsActive boolean read-only
Indicates whether memory is active 1 - is active 0 - is not active.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryHasError boolean read-only
Indicates whether memory has error 1 - has error 0 - does not have error.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryPoweredOn boolean read-only
Indicates whether memory is powered on 1 - powered on 0 - powered off.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryTotalWidth uint16 read-only
Total width, in bits, of the PhysicalMemory, including check or error correction bits. If there are no error correction bits, the value in this property should match that specified for DataWidth.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryDataWidth uint16 read-only
Data width of the PhysicalMemory, in bits. A data width of 0 and a TotalWidth of 8 would indicate that the Memory is solely used to provide error correction bits.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryFormFactor uint16 read-only
Refers to the physical packaging of the memory examples - DIMM,SIMM,Chip.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryMemoryType uint16 read-only
The type of PhysicalMemory.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryTypeDetail uint16 read-only
Further Details about memory type examples - Fast-paged,static column, window DRAM.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemorySpeed uint32 read-only
The speed of the PhysicalMemory, in nanoseconds.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryCapacity uint64 read-only
The total capacity of this PhysicalMemory, in bytes.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryBankLabel string read-only
A string identifying the physically labeled bank where the Memory is located - for example, 'Bank 0' or 'Bank A'.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryDeviceLocator string read-only
The physically labeled socket or board position where the memory device is located.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryManufacturer string read-only
The name of the organization responsible for producing this Memory.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryPartNumber string read-only
The part number for this memory device.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemorySerialNumber string read-only
A manufacturer-allocated number used to identify the Memory.
         ibmSystemPhysicalMemoryStatus string read-only
The current Status of the Memory.
