This object uniquely identifies a Network Element using the current FspR7MIB release. V1 will be used for all releases until major changes require a new sysObjectID to assure backward compatibility.

Global system variable. Automatic IN-Service Provisioning ENAbled flag. This value is controlled by settings in the system configuration file. If Y, entities which are autoprovisioned will be created with an initial state of OOS-AU,AINS. If N, autoprovisioned entities will be created in an ISNR state. Entities in an OOS-AU,AINS state will automatically transition to an in-service state after a continuous interval without any active service affecting conditions. The duration of this interval is equal to that given by the AISPDEFTM attribute at the start of the continuous interval.

AINS Default Signal Timer. The length of time in minutes for which an entity must be free of service affecting conditions in order to automatically transition from an OOS-AU,AINS state to an inservice state. The value is set via the system configuration file. If the value is set to 0, an entity in the OOS-AU, AINS state will immediately transition to an in-service state.

Default type of facility model to use for automatically created facilities. SDH will cause STM64, STM16, VC4, VC3 type facilities to be auto-created. SONET will cause OC192, OC48, STS1 and STS3c type facilities to be auto-created.

Force Delete

Severely Errorred Seconds percentage for SDH facilities. Sets the default relative percentage of Errorred Seconds within a PM interval at which Severely Errorred Seconds will be declared.

The switch for handling Security Mode of a Network Element. It supports basic(1) and enhanced(2) security mode. After switch is performed, a user is forced to change the password using fspUserManagementAuthPrivKey and fspUserManagementAuthPrivKeyOld objects in single set-request, otherwise SNMPv3 access to any MIB object will be denied due to authorization error. Switch from basic(1) to enhanced(2) security mode is allowed always. Switch in opposite direction is allowed only after manual user account removal - only one user account with admin(1) privilege level defined by FspR7SnmpPrivLevel TEXTUAL-CONVENTION must remain.
